"Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Suzanne. Before we moved to Austin, I'd spoken with a hometown friend's mother, who had moved to Austin and is a real estate agent, to help us find a rental. She's a wonderful person, but the experience of trying to work with her to find a rental was so awful that I almost swore off agents entirely. Luckily a friend of a friend recommended Suzanne, and the rest is history! She understood what we were looking for and found us the perfect rental for what we needed.
